Abstract

Suvremeno gospodarstvo podložno je mnogim i nadasve brzim promjenama. Nove tehnologije, novi proizvođači, progresivno veći zahtjevi potrošača i korisnika, novi zahtjevi i ograničenja na tržištima, nameću nove drugačije stilove upravljanja koji prisiljavaju vodstvo tvrtki da u što kraćem roku odgovore na te promjene. Cilj svake tvrtke mora biti da svoj proizvod ili uslugu kupcu ponudi na zahtijevanoj razini kvalitete i prihvatljivom cijenom. Uspješne tvrtke prepoznaju i poštuju potrebe i zahtjeve kupaca, te stavljaju kvalitetu svojih proizvoda na prvo mjesto.
ISO norme pomažu učinkovitije i kvalitetnije upravljanje organizacijom, nudeći tržištu kvalitetniju i konkurentniju uslugu ili proizvod. U ovom su radu opisana temeljna načela u praksi najviše primijenjene ISO norme 9001 : 2008 (sustavu upravljanja kvalitetom) i europske proizvodne norme EN 1676:1996, te načela implementacije u ljevaonici aluminija CIAL d.o.o. Ljevaonica aluminija CIAL d.o.o. dobavljač je sekundarnog uložnog materijala za ljevaonice u Republici Hrvatskoj, i njezin proizvodni proces obuhvaća procese prihvata sekundarnih sirovina, njihova sortiranja i pripreme, taljenja, podešavanja kemijskog sastava, te lijevanja, skladištenja i otpreme konačnog proizvoda. U okviru ovog rada praćen je upravljački i proizvodni proces u tvrtki CIAL d.o.o., te je opisana primjena tih standarda na konkretnim zadatcima u okviru redovitog proizvodnog procesa ljevaonice.

Abstract (english)

The modern economy is susceptible to numerous and very rapid changes. New technologies, new producers, progressively increasing demands of consumers and users, the new requirements and restrictions in the markets, impose new and different management styles that are forcing management executives of the company to answers these changes as soon as possible. The goal of any company should be an offer of product or a service to the customer on a certain level of quality and an affordable price. Successful companies recognize and respect the needs and demands of customers, and put the quality of their products on the first place.
ISO standards encourage more effectively and better management of the organization, offering a better and more competitive service or product on the market. This paper describes the basic principles of the most applied ISO standards 9001 : 2008 and the European production standard EN 1676 : 1996 in practice, and the principles of implementations in the Aluminium Foundry CIAL Ltd. Aluminium foundry CIAL Ltd. is a supplier of secondary charge material for a number of foundries in Croatia, and its production process includes accepting the recyclable materials, their sorting and preparation, melting, adjusting the chemical composition and casting, storage and shipment of the finished product. This paper is accompanied by control and manufacturing process in company, and describes the application of these standards to specific tasks within the regular production process of the foundry.
